Pérez Alati draws on Spanish links to steer private equity buy

Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen & Martínez de Hoz (h) convened the Latin American team of legal advisors acting for private equity fund DLJ South American Partners in its acquisition of a 25 per cent stake in Spanish publishing company Santillana de Ediciones.
