Pérez Alati and Salaverri Dellatorre reconvened for BRF, Quickfood issuance

Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen & Martínez de Hoz (h) in Buenos Aires and Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados in São Paulo have helped one of the world’s largest food-processing companies, Brasil Foods (BRF), guarantee and complete a US$30.5 million notes issuance for its Argentine subsidiary Quickfood.
