Pérez Alati and Bruchou close YPF’s latest offering

Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen & Martínez de Hoz (h) and Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi have reconvened to help Argentine energy company YPF issue bonds worth more than US$70 million, attracting many of the country's retail investors for the first time according to a lawyer working on the deal.
