Pérez Alati aids Swiss-Argentine oil rejig

Swiss energy trading group Mercuria and Argentine oil and gas producer Roch have agreed a reorganisation of oil field assets they jointly acquired from Chevron six months ago, turning to three of the same firms that worked on the earlier deal.
