Pérez Alati advises banks for pulp industry loans

Argentine packaging and paper producers Zucamor and Papel Misionero have received two syndicated loans worth a combined US$21 million from Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires and BBVA Banco Francés, which were represented by Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen & Martínez de Hoz (h).
