PE-backed Florida telecoms operator snaps up T4U Brasil

Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados in São Paulo and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in Houston and Los Angeles have helped the Brazilian branch of Floridian telecoms tower company Phoenix Tower International (PTI), which is controlled by private equity company Blackstone, buy tower operator T4U Holding Brasil from Israeli private investment company Fishman Group.
