Paul Hastings, Mijares, Simpson Thacher and Raz Guzmán in Pinfra equity offering

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York and Mexico’s Raz Guzmán, SC have advised Mexican infrastructure concessions operator Pinfra in its US$570 million follow-on equity offering – the first time in a decade non-voting stock known as L shares have been issued after a change in policy at the securities regulator.
