Paul Hastings and Mijares Angoitia steer Mexican auto parts IPO

Paul Hastings LLP in New York and Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes SC in Mexico City have helped Mexican car parts manufacturer and Alfa subsidiary Nemak raise US$682 million through an initial public offering – the largest Mexican IPO in almost two years.
