Paul Hastings and Jones Day lead complex Maxcom restructuring

Private equity fund Ventura Capital has turned to the New York and Chicago offices of Paul Hastings and the Mexico City office of Jones Day for its takeover of Mexican telecoms service provider Maxcom, ahead of a new telecoms law due to come into effect next year.
