Patagonia cleared from Madoff liability in Uruguay

Ferrere has helped Banco Patagonia see itself cleared from liability for a group of investors’ losses stemming from the Madoff ponzi scheme, in the first court decision to come out of the 2008 scandal in Uruguay.
