Paraguayan beef producer makes second debt tap of the year

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in London, Estudio Jurídico Ovelar & Asociados in Asunción and Bolivian firm PPO Abogados have helped Paraguayan meat producer Frigorífico Concepción issue bonds worth US$40 million.
