Panama’s credit bureau switches from NGO to corporation

Vallarino, Vallarino & García-Maritano and Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega have advised Asociación Panameña de Credito in a corporatisation process which will see the credit bureau make the shift from non-profit organisation to a corporate entity with shareholders.
