Pacific Rubiales enters Guyana through energy buy

Canada’s Pacific Rubiales has turned to counsel in Canada, Colombia, Guyana and the Bahamas to advise in the acquisition of a stake in Canadian oil & gas exploration company CGX Energy, which holds off-shore and on-shore oil & gas assets in Guyana.
