OSX secures ‘critical’ financing for largest shipyard in the Americas

Brazil’s OSX, the shipbuilding arm of energy and mining heavyweight EBX, has turned to Souza, Cescon, Barrieu e Flesch - Advogados to obtain financing of US$1.3 billion for the construction of the Açú shipyard in the north of Rio de Janeiro state.
