The full programme is available here.

Following opening remarks from Latin Lawyer and the event’s chairs, the first panel will kick off with an investigation into the impact of private capital in the Latin American project finance space. The discussion will give delegates the opportunity to hear directly from the most active private capital players as they discuss the financing and future of projects in Latin America.

This will be followed by a panel examining key trends for project finance in the region. Speakers will explore the geopolitical, economic and market trends that are creating opportunities for projects in the year ahead.

The third panel will centre on the energy transition and how the demand for clean energy will impact project development and business strategies in the region.

After lunch, speakers are set to analyse how infrastructure is being redefined as an asset class, with a particular focus on the growing presence of digital projects, fibre networks and telecom towers in Latin America.

In the final panel of the day, talks will centre around trends and challenges seen in the financial markets throughout 2023, with panellists providing answers to the question: How will economic and political uncertainty impact the financial markets for sponsors seeking to tap into the project finance markets in 2024?

The day will conclude with the closing remarks from the events’ co-chairs and Latin Lawyer before attendees are invited to join the drinks reception.
