O'Farrell and Tanoira Cassagne called upon for YPF issuance

Argentine state energy company YPF has issued US$25 million worth of retail notes with help from regular counsel Estudio O'Farrell Abogados and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados on the side of the banks.
