OECD joins the critics of Mexico’s telecoms bill

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has criticised what it says are “serious deficiencies” in Mexico’s telecoms bill, a week after Carlos Slim voiced his own objections to the constitutional overhaul.
