Odebrecht-Enagás Peruvian pipeline JV obtains finance

Gasoducto Sur Peruano, a consortium comprised of Spain’s Enagás and Brazil’s Odebrecht, has retained Pizarro, Botto & Escobar Abogados in Lima and the New York office of Allen & Overy LLP to provide US$600 million worth of financing for a 1,000-kilometre gas pipeline billed as one of Peru’s biggest infrastructure projects.
