Ocensa raises US$500 million in first offering

Colombia’s Brigard & Urrutia Abogados and US firm White & Case LLP have helped Oleoducto Central (Ocensa), the operator of Colombia’s largest crude oil pipeline, with a US$500 million notes offering.
