Norwegian Cruise Line buys Panama-flagged Prestige for US$3 billion

Norwegian Cruise Line has received counsel from Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York, Washington, DC and Dallas and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York for its US$3 billion acquisition of the Panamanian-flagged Prestige Cruises International.
