Nicaragua counsel calls historic case a turning point in country’s development

Twenty-five years after the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruled that US efforts to topple the Nicaraguan government were "illegal", the counsel and advocate to Nicaragua says the judgement was central in developing a "stable, democratic and pro-business climate" in the country, with the intervening years showing "little difference" in the US's attitude toward the ICJ.
