Nextel International wins litigation before Chile's Contralaría General de la República

Carey y Cía Ltda has advised Nextel International, Inc (NII) in the successful defence of a claim filed by the Mobile Telephone Operators Association (Atelmo) before the Contraloría General de la República, an autonomous administrative body responsible for determining the legality of actions of the Chilean authorities. The Contraloría issued its decision on September 20.
