New investors enter Mexico’s Norte III power project

Dentons in Amsterdam, Atlanta, Luxembourg, New York and Washington, DC, and Dentons López Velarde, SC in Mexico City have helped investment group InfraRed and Mexican infrastructure fund Invex obtain a 45.5% stake in power operator Norte III Power, a project which recently won our Deal of the Year Award for project finance.
