Muñiz Ramírez Pérez-Taiman & Olaya and Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados have worked alongside Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP and in-house counsel to help Houston and Lima-listed BPZ Energy form a joint venture with Pacific Rubiales for the exploration and development of an off-shore oil and gas block in Peru.
