Multiple firms in Mexican US$1 billion healthcare refinancing

Fried Frank LLP in New York and Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enriquez SC in Mexico City have helped North American healthcare services company Carestream and two of its Mexican subsidiaries refinance US$1 billion worth of debt.
