Morales and Cleary assist ENAP in double financing

Chile’s Morales & Besa, the New York and Buenos Aires offices of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, and Swiss firm Homburger AG have helped Chilean state-owned oil refiner Empresa Nacional del Petróleo (ENAP) in two international financings worth a combined US$435 million.
