Montesinos case referred to the Supreme Court

Lawyers representing Jose Guevara, the Venezuelan who helped capture Peruvian spymaster Vladimiro Montesinos, have taken his case to the US Supreme Court, seeking judicial review of an appeals court's decision to overturn a US$10 million award.
