Mivivienda returns to the debt market

Peru’s Estudio Echecopar, a member firm of Baker & McKenzie International and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York have helped Peruvian stated-owned mortgage provider Fondo Mivivienda make an international notes issuance worth US$300 million.
