Mivivenda makes three-part debt issue

Simpson Thacher & Barlett LLP’s New York office and Estudio Echecopar, a member firm of Baker McKenzie International have helped Fondo Mivivienda issue US$610 million worth of debt, in separate offerings of debt instruments that total one of the largest issuances to take place in Peru for seven years.
