Miranda, Shearman, Rubio and Mayer Brown in Abengoa project bond

Abengoa Transmisión Sur has turned to Peru’s Miranda & Amado Abogados and Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York for a US$432 million US dollar-denominated project bond, the first in the country to have a 29-year tenure.
