Minsur sells shares in Mina Justa

Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in London, New York and Washington, DC, and Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados in Lima have helped Peruvian mining company Minsur sell a 40% stake in its subsidiary to a company of Chilean energy and forestry group Copec for US$200 million.
