Mining: Controlling stake of Chilean copper mine sold to Canada's Aur Resources

The acquisition of 76.5 per cent of Compañía Minera Quebrada Blanca from Cominco and Teck was completed on November 22, 2000 together with certain senior project debt, subordinated debt and guarantee fees.
