Miner First Quantum obtains US$3 billion finance facility

Peru's Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados has helped Canadian miner First Quantum Minerals obtain finance worth US$3 billion, with 15 firms advising Standard Chartered Bank and BNP Paribas as the initial lead arrangers and underwriters.
