Mijares Angoitia helps Televisa seek antitrust approval

Mexican firm Mijares, Angoitia, Cortes y Fuentes SC has helped media conglomerate Grupo Televisa seek antitrust approval to buy a stake in the local unit of wireless carrier NII Holdings, which operates in Latin America under the Nextel brand.
