Mijares Angoitia helps Pemex buy fertiliser plant

Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes SC has helped Mexican state-owned oil company Pemex buy the assets of pesticide manufacturer Agro Nitrogenados in a deal which will see a urea plant in the eastern state of Veracruz reopen as part of a bid to boost Mexico’s fertiliser production.
