Mijares Angoitia and Fried Frank steer Televisa bond exchange

Mexican media conglomerate Grupo Televisa has issued a US$600 million bond exchange offer, with the help of Mijares, Angoitia, Cortes y Fuentes SC and New York-based Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.
