Mijares and Jáuregui help Televisa move into mobiles

Televisa has retained Mijares, Angoitia, Cortes y Fuentes SC in its acquisition of half of Mexican mobile operator Grupo Iusacell - a deal that would give the broadcaster a foothold in the country's lucrative mobile phone market.
