Mijares and Carey help GCS expand Lat Am reach

Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes SC and Carey y Cía have helped Mexican holding company Grupo Casa Saba reach an agreement to take over Chilean pharmaceutical chain Farmacias Ahumada – a move which will make the combined company one of the largest pharmaceutical distributors in Latin America.
