Mexico’s Sigma eyes Europe with Campofrío buy

Linklaters in Madrid has helped the largest producer and distributor of refrigerated and frozen food in Mexico, Sigma Alimentos, acquire a stake in Spain’s Campofrío food group backed by US$1 billion worth of acquisition financing.
