Mexico’s largest onshore wind project receives finance

Jones Day (Mexico) and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP’s New York and Houston offices have helped Mexico’s largest onshore wind project and its sponsors – construction company Cemex, Blackstone’s Fisterra Energy and a group of private investors – organise financing of US$650 million to construct two wind farms.
