Mexico’s Fibra Prologis raises US$410 million with offering

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in London and New York and Mexican firm Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez SC have helped real estate investment trust Fibra Prologis raise 8 billion pesos (US$410 million) through an offering of real estate securities.
