Mexico’s Coahuila refinances US$2.5 billion in debt
Mexican firms Kuri Breña, Sánchez Ugarte y Aznar and Gaxiola, Calvo, Sobrino y Asociados have advised the banks' refinancing the state of Coahuila's heavy debt burden, which had been building into a political scandal in the country.
