Mexico’s Axtel in US$151 million offering

New York firm Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and Mexico’s Garza, Durán, Elizondo, SC have helped Mexican telecoms company Axtel with an exchange offer of notes and a new issuance of senior secured bonds worth a combined US$151 million.
