Mexico takes aim at Slim with deep telecoms reforms

After months of debate among officials from Mexico’s main political parties, the government of President Enrique Peña Nieto has introduced draft legislation that would transform the country’s telecommunications market and loosen the grip of mobile and landline incumbent América Móvil.
