Mexican trio wins Peña Nieto’s first infrastructure concession

Mexico’s Chávez Vargas Abogados SC, Gaxiola, Calvo y Sobrino Abogados and Graham Abogados SC have helped a consortium of three companies win a concession to build a highway in the country’s state of Morelos.
