Mexican renewables fund closes CKD offer

Sidley Austin LLP, Stikeman Elliott LLP’s Toronto office and Mexico’s Ritch, Mueller, Heather y Nicolau, SC have advised emerging market hedge fund The Rohatyn Group, Mexican private equity investor BK Renewables, and energy investment fund Vouching Group on an offering from a dual-structured CKD fund managed by the trio, believed to be the first CKD launch in Mexico so far this year.
