Mexican firms guide Rappi-Banorte joint fintech venture

González Calvillo, SC and González Luna, Moreno y Armida, SC have helped Mexican delivery company Rappi strike a 50-50 joint venture agreement with local bank Banorte to establish a new fintech company in Mexico.
