Mexican firms assist in aircraft lease financing

The Mexico City firm González Calvillo y Forastieri has represented Líneas Aéreas Azteca, SA in its negotiations with Pegasus Aviation, Inc and Boeing Capital Corporation in the lease financing of two Boeing 737-700, new generation aircraft with a total value of US$70 million.
