Mexican energy-based practice of López Velarde, Heftye has opened a new office in the industrial port of Altamira

A spokesperson from the firm says Lopez Velarde, Heftye, Abogados, has considered it convenient to be side by side with its clients, where a number of legal services will be required, including real estate, international trade, maritime law, labour matters and obtaining local permits, among others. The firm considers Altamira well positioned to take advantage of industrial and infrastructure projects carried out in the northeastern region, such as hydrocarbon drilling fields, LNG and LPG terminals, gas transportation systems, power generation, industrial parks, petrochemical complexes, and services and procurement projects with Pemex (the Mexican oil giant) and CFE (Mexico’s public utility company).
