Mesa: Latin America needs economic models with a ‘human element’

Bolivian politics has become so personalised that if its president Evo Morales disappeared tomorrow, no one could guarantee stability - at least that is the view expressed by former president of the country Carlos Mesa in a speech given in London this morning.
